Despite the slowdown of the Western Australia economy, profit was up 6%. Although revenue was down, forward planning in capital equipment has reduced costs and increased margins.  
New South Wales operations continue to do well with an increase of 10% in revenue and 1% in profit.
Revenue in Victoria has grown 7% during the year.  

Refresh expands beyond bottled water. It has acquired one of its suppliers, Ampi Plastics. With machines capable of producing up to 210-litre, Ampi Plastics offers a diverse range of plastic bottles and containers. It is also the petainerKeg TM licensee for Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands. It produces its own range of activity toys.
Besides producing its own products, it has been contract manufacturing custom moulded products for many companies.




Refresh is pleased to announce that it has taken up a $300,000 placement of shares in Eve Investments Ltd (ASX:EVE).

Refresh has acquired the home and office delivery business of Aquazuro Australia Pty Ltd. This will be integrated into its Sydney business thereby increasing customer density and reducing distribution costs.



Our operations in New South Wales and Victoria achieved record profits and we project these good results continuing into this financial year.

Management saw the mining downturn coming and made up for the decline by launching new products. 
Added to the good positive cash flow we currently have, this will put us in a very strong financial position to further grow the company.
