Our recent rights issue met with tremendous success. Our underwriter, Asia Pacific Links (BVI) Pty Ltd, did their due diligence on the company and was happy to underwrite 100% of the issue at full market price of 5 cents. This was unusual as companies typically offer a discount to induce shareholders to take up their rights issue. We are glad many shareholders agreed with them and took up 46% of the rights on offer. The inclusion of Dr Anthony Soh to our Board has helped strengthen the Company. With his wealth of experience, he has already made significant contributions in such a short period of time.

Refresh Group Limited is pleased to announce the acquisition of Minnamurra Natural Springwater. Minnamurra is one of Sydney's oldest brand of spring water and has been around since 1992.

When Anthony Soh heard earlier this year that a loss-making, Australian listed bottled water company called Refresh Group was looking for ways to raise capital and expand through acquisitions, he was interested enough to agree to meet its co-founder and managing director Henry Heng.

Refresh Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into negotiations to acquire AridTec Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company. AridTec is the parent company of Airqua which produces air-to-water generators.

Refresh Group Limited’s (Refresh) non-renounceable Rights Issue of 1 New Share for every 2 exiting shares held by eligible shareholders at an issue price of 5 cents per New Share, together with 1 attached free New Option for every New Share exercisable at 10 cents each on or before 7 July 2010, closed on 7 July 2009.
