 On behalf of the Refresh Board, I thank you for your continuing support of your company. I also thank the management and staff, many of whom are also shareholders, for their dedication and contribution to the company.
We are pleased that the business strategy of establishing multiple plants in Australia is progressing well. Besides Neverfail, Refresh is currently the only other national supplier in the home and office delivery sector of the bottled water market in Australia. The aggressive expansion and acquisitions resulted in losses in the last few years. However, Refresh has gotten over the consolidation phase and will continue to grow strongly from here on. Except for the West Australian operations which lost some major customers, all other operations have improved their performance and will continue to improve this year.
The recent acquisition of Fusion H2O has increased our penetration into the convenience sector which includes supermarkets, restaurants and delicatessens as well as events. This will add significantly to revenue this year.

We are pleased to report that our performance has improved. Despite Western Australia losing significant sales because of the loss of major customers, our operating subsidiaries are profitable.

Refresh Acquires Fusion H2O |
|
 Refresh Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has acquired Fusion H2O from The Fusion Group Perth Pty Ltd.
Fusion’s main business is in the sale of bottled water. It currently markets still water and will have sparkling and flavoured water added to the range shortly. Fusion entered the Australian market in 2009. Within a short time, it has successfully distributed its products in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory and has secured orders from Metcash to supply nationally. Every time you buy a bottle of Fusion H2O you know that 10% of the profit of that bottle of water goes back to the community through Variety Children’s Charity.

Refresh is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Subscription Agreement with Mr Yong Wei Por whereby Mr Por will subscribe for 7,692,308 Refresh shares at 6.5 cents each. Mr Por has invested in Refresh on the basis of its potential for growth following the acquisition of AridTec.
